TTI is happy to announce the promotions of David DiPascale to Project Manager and Kevin Carr to Environmental Professional 2 in our Environmental (ENV) Consulting Division. Both David and Kevin have advanced through progressively more responsible positions and play key roles in ENV.
As Project Manager, David DiPascale provides experienced consulting services including oversight of due diligence projects and regulatory cases for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and residential clients. David also works alongside Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) to manage multi-level environmental investigation/remediation projects in New Jersey. David came to TTI as an intern for the Inspections Group in 2013, joined the ENV Group full time in May 2014 as an Environmental Associate 1. David was promoted to Environmental Associate 2 in 2018 and became account manager for many lender clients as an Environmental Professional. David earned his Bachelor of Science, Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
Kevin Carr is a key member of the ENV team and now in his role as Environmental Associate 2, Kevin assists in all aspects of Phase I/Phase II Environmental Assessments, site sampling and state regulated remediations. Along with management of due diligence projects, he will offer leadership in team projects. Kevin joined TTI in April of 2019 as an Environmental Associate 1 assisting with site due diligence, soil and groundwater sampling, and evaluations of sites for potential hazardous materials. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science from Stockton University.
