To accomplish that TTI holds that keeping our employees safe is top priority. From the start of the new employee screening and qualifying conversations we share the emphasis on TTI’s safety culture. On construction projects and job sites, our teams have H&S plans and conduct Daily toolbox meetings to recognize the hazards, understand project risks, manage all construction protocol, and environmental situations, inspect equipment and have emergency action planning in place. We know that safety culture work is never “done”. There is emphasis on being committed to ongoing education, PPE supplies and improvements, trainings, audits and reinforcement.
