CO-OPS

TTI Environmental supports public agencies, school districts, municipalities, authorities, facility teams, and other eligible organizations through cooperative purchasing contracts. These contracts can provide a competitively awarded procurement option for accessing defined TTI environmental services, subject to each organization’s membership eligibility, internal purchasing procedures, and applicable procurement requirements.

Cooperative-contract use is subject to each organization’s eligibility, cooperative membership status, internal purchasing policies, and applicable procurement requirements. Contact TTI Environmental to discuss project scope, available services, timing, pricing, and contract-reference information.

TTI currently participates in the following cooperative purchasing programs:

Camden County Educational Services Commission – CCESC Cooperative Pricing System

TTI Environmental is an approved provider through the Camden County Educational Services Commission (CCESC) Cooperative Pricing System. CCESC operates a State of New Jersey-approved cooperative pricing system that was established in 1997.

Through CCESC, eligible members may access a broad range of TTI environmental services, including environmental consulting and site assessment, remediation and regulatory support, environmental health and safety services, industrial hygiene, storage-tank services, inspections, and construction-related support.

TTI works with school districts, municipalities, public agencies, facilities professionals, and project teams to provide practical support for routine compliance needs, facility projects, capital improvements, site conditions, and time-sensitive environmental concerns.

Current Contract Term: November 1, 2023–October 31, 2026

Not a CCESC member? Organizations interested in joining must adopt a resolution and submit the executed Cooperative Pricing System Agreement with the required board documentation to CCESC. Membership information is available through the CCESC Become a Member page.

TTI Environmental is an awardee for Asbestos Sampling & Consulting Services through the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance / Bergen County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System #CK04.

Eligible cooperative members may access TTI’s asbestos sampling and consulting services under:

TTI provides asbestos sampling and consulting support for facility maintenance, renovation, demolition, capital-improvement projects, and asbestos-management responsibilities. Services may include bulk sampling, pre-renovation and pre-demolition surveys, AHERA inspections and re-inspections, asbestos management-plan support, abatement project monitoring, and final visual inspections or clearance-air monitoring when applicable.
