We’re Growing! TTI Announces Acquisition of Pennoni’s New England Offices

TTI, headquartered in Moorestown, NJ, announces the acquisition of the Methuen, MA (Boston Area) and Salem, NH, offices of Pennoni Associates, Inc., for an undisclosed sum.  The acquisition is effective January 5, 2015.  This addition to TTI brings added capabilities in the fields of engineering and surveying, and a wealth of experience in a new geographic region.  The Engineering Division will be located in the New England Area offices, offering civil, site, municipal and transportation engineering along with environmental consulting.  While TTI does provide a wide range of environmental capabilities nationwide, the acquisition of the Methuen and Salem offices in New England is part of TTI’s plan to expand its market presence, service offerings, and geographic footprint.  TTI is looking forward to supporting our existing and new clients and the New England region.
