TTI is happy to announce the addition of Tammy Hessler as Project Manager and Pennsylvania Regional Leader for the Environmental Consulting Division. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and project management, Tammy will help drive TTI’s expansion across Pennsylvania, focusing on the Northeast, South Central and Harrisburg regions. In her new role, she will manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), PADEP Act 2 projects, and multi-media investigations, while also developing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
Tammy is a qualified ASTM Environmental Professional with expertise in due diligence, site remediation and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience:
- Managing Phase I/II ESAs aligned with SBA and ASTM standards.
- Leading PADEP Act 2 projects, including scope development and reporting.
- Overseeing proposals, budgets, and complex project invoicing.
- Conducting field oversight for due diligence and remediation activities.
Tammy earned a BS degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University, and with a career spanning roles as Project Manager, Scientist, and Environmental Compliance Manager she brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She began her experience doing multi-media sampling and health and safety work on Superfund sites, a foundation that shaped her approach to environmental management. Outside of work, Mrs. Hessler enjoys off-roading in her Jeep Wrangler and was a Civil War re-enactor for over 10 years—a unique hobby that reflects her passion for history and the outdoors.
“We’re excited to have Tammy join TTI as we expand our Pennsylvania footprint,” said Kristin Heimburger, Director of Environmental Consulting. “Her leadership will further enhance our ability to deliver exceptional services to our clients.”
