Employee Spotlight: Susan Osso
TTI proudly welcomes Susan Osso as a Project Manager in our Construction and Contracting Division. In this role, Susan is responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of project execution from initial planning and resourcing through to successful completion. She ensures projects align with TTI’s commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction across a range of service areas, including Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Services, Environmental Construction, Remediation, and Compliance Testing.
As Project Manager, Susan oversees daily project operations, manages budgets and contracts, and maintains strong communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. She plays a key leadership role in supporting team development, promoting innovative solutions, and upholding TTI’s standards of environmental responsibility and operational excellence.
Susan brings more than two decades of experience in environmental contracting, construction management, and operations leadership. Prior to joining TTI, she served as Vice President of Logistics and Director of Operations with GWS Environmental Contractors and BEnvironmental Investigations in Jamesburg, NJ. In these positions, she led company-wide scheduling and resource management, coordinated inspections across multiple municipalities, managed financial operations, and oversaw marketing and HR functions. Her hands-on expertise in environmental compliance and project coordination, paired with her proven record in client relations and operational efficiency, positions her as a valuable asset to the TTI team.
Outside of her technical expertise, Susan is known for her proactive leadership style, dedication to client service, and ability to foster strong collaboration among project teams. Her practical approach and commitment to excellence align seamlessly with TTI’s mission.

Employee Spotlight: John Trotto
TTI is pleased to announce John Trotto as our new Director of Inspections . In this leadership role, John oversees the operational and financial performance of our Storage Tank Inspection Division. He is responsible for supervising management and technical staff, guiding project planning and safety initiatives, and ensuring the division continues to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our clients and regulatory standards.
John brings over 20 years of diverse experience spanning environmental remediation, civil construction, chemical manufacturing, and process safety engineering. His background blends technical expertise with strategic leadership – driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client trust across all project phases.
Before joining TTI, John served as a Project Manager at Cascade Drilling, where he led complex remediation and drilling projects across several states. His oversight of field operations, procurement systems, and project financials resulted in profit margin improvements of up to 40%. His work emphasized regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and team development to achieve consistent, high-performing project delivery. Earlier in his career, John worked as a Process Safety Engineer with Smith & Burgess Process Safety Consulting, where he conducted system safety analyses and design evaluations for industrial and chemical clients. His early experience in construction management at Ingram Construction provided a strong foundation in hands-on project oversight, client coordination, and quality control.
A graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, John also holds an FAA drone license. His technical skill set and forward-thinking approach are invaluable as TTI continues to enhance our inspection capabilities and service delivery.
With a focus on safety, precision, and client partnership, John leads the Inspection Division with a commitment to operational excellence and innovation, ensuring TTI remains at the forefront of environmental and regulatory services.
