TTI Welcomes Beyond Compliance Consulting: Expanding EHS Expertise and Sustainability Services

TTI Environmental Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of its Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) division through the acquisition of Beyond Compliance Consulting. This strategic integration enhances TTI’s service offerings, deepens its consulting expertise, and broadens its presence in both existing and new markets.

Consultant Experience and History

Beyond Compliance Consulting, founded by Donna Switzer, is a woman-owned firm specializing in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability consulting. Donna brings extensive experience in reducing risks associated with air emissions, water quality, waste management, chemical handling, and workplace safety. Her expertise in developing and implementing EHS management systems, conducting compliance audits, and delivering targeted training programs has been instrumental in assisting organizations across various industries.

Donna is a Certified Sustainability Practitioner CSR-P, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager CHMM, and a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor CPEA with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Drexel University. Additionally, she has completed the 10-hour OSHA Outreach programs for both construction and general industry, and has earned a certificate from Villanova University in Sustainable Value Creation.

In addition to being a consultant, Donna is an adjunct professor in the College of Engineering at Villanova University, is a member of the Board of Directors for Tombe.org, is the Treasurer for West Chester Communities that Care, is an avid hockey player, and loves to ride motorcycles. Donna volunteers with the Township of West Pikeland where she supports the Emergency Operations Committee (EOC). Donna also volunteers with the Pennsylvania Center for Adapted Sports  by providing assistance to athletes with different abilities, enabling them to participate in sporting events such as bicycle riding.

This opportunity is the culmination of 30 years of experience in the environmental, health, and safety industry, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.”

Expanded Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Services
