TTI Joins Bergen County Cooperative Contract for Asbestos Sampling and Consulting

 

TTI Environmental, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an open-ended contract for Asbestos Sampling & Consulting Services through the Bergen County cooperative purchasing program.

Eligible cooperative members may access TTI’s asbestos sampling and consulting services through the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance / Bergen County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System #CK04, subject to their organization’s purchasing procedures and applicable requirements.

ASBESTOS & CONSULTING SERVICES

TTI provides practical asbestos sampling and consulting support for public agencies, school districts, municipalities, facility teams, and project stakeholders. Services may include:

  • Bulk sampling of suspect asbestos-containing building materials.
  • Laboratory coordination and review of analytical results.
  • Pre-renovation and pre-demolition asbestos surveys.
  • AHERA inspections, re-inspections, and asbestos management-plan support.
  • Asbestos Management Plan review, updates, and documentation assistance.
  • Abatement specifications, project monitoring, and contractor coordination.
  • Final visual inspections and clearance-air monitoring, when applicable.
  • Support for planned capital projects, facility maintenance, repairs, renovations, demolitions, and time-sensitive building concerns.

Bergen County’s co-op application materials state that prospective members submit an executed Cooperative Pricing System Agreement #CK04 and a governing-body resolution to Bergen County. As lead agency, Bergen County then applies to the State to add the organization as a member.

To access TTI’s services through the Bergen County cooperative contract:

  1. Confirm that your organization is an eligible participant in the Bergen County cooperative purchasing system.
  2. Contact TTI Environmental to discuss your asbestos sampling or consulting needs.
  3. TTI will provide project scope, pricing, scheduling, and contract-reference information.
  4. Follow your organization’s internal purchasing and authorization procedures.

Contract use is subject to an agency’s eligibility, purchasing policies, and applicable procurement requirements.
