Last week, we were proud to host our 13th Annual Environmental Seminar/Webinar, continuing a long-standing tradition of providing valuable education and insights to professionals in environmental consulting and lending sectors. The event was a resounding success thanks to the participation and thoughtful questions from attendees who share our commitment to environmental best practices.
We were honored to welcome representatives from over 10 leading banks alongside other prominent financial and environmental lender support institutions. We want to thank Capehart & Scatchard, Truist Bank, ORMS, PIDC, JP Morgan Chase, ERI, TD Bank, Columbia Bank, Fulton Bank, Century Savings Bank and other leading institutions for attending. Their presence highlighted the critical role that collaboration between financial organizations and environmental experts plays in managing risks and advancing sustainable outcomes.
During the webinar, attendees explored essential topics such as:
- The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs): Understanding the nuances and challenges in conducting thorough Phase I ESAs.
- What Happens After the Deal? Managing Remedies and Ongoing Environmental Obligations: Strategies for effectively handling environmental responsibilities post-transaction.
- Evaluation of Historical Recognized Environmental Conditions (HRECs): Recent updates to NJDEP groundwater and soil standards impacting environmental due diligence.
For those who missed the live session or want to revisit the content, we are happy to provide a PDF copy of the webinar presentation here – TTI ENV Presentations 10.15.25 GoodBadUglyPh1 EvalHREC AfterTheDeal.pdf
