FIELD SUPERVISOR
Qualified candidates shall possess a strong background in general construction and environmental contracting services. Ideal applicants will have strong mechanical visualization and analytical skills, attention to detail, with excellent verbal and organizational skills. Travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret project specifications and plans to effectively execute project scopes
- Supervision of field personnel
- Daily reporting
- Management of site activities and site safety in accordance with company policies and client expectations
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 year’s field experience is required
- Tank Installation/Removal
- Equipment Operation
- General Construction
- Concrete/Masonry
- Mechanical / Electrical
- Excavation / Demolition
- Remediation
- NJ, PA, DE tank certifications are a plus

FOREMAN
Qualified candidates will be responsible for crew supervision and field activities. Travel is required.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with storage tank systems, remedial services, general construction and equipment operation

PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Qualified candidates shall be responsible for the development of project cost estimates and technical proposals to meet project specifications and client expectations. Ideal applicants will have strong mechanical visualization and analytical skills, attention to detail, with excellent verbal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
- Maintain professional relations with clients and subcontractors
- Compare and qualify subcontractor estimates
- Prepare written technical proposals in accordance with project specifications
- Prepare project cost spreadsheets utilizing company estimation software
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation for all estimations
- Consult with clients, vendors, internal personnel and departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Submit proposals and bid packages within expected timelines and due dates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year estimator experience
- Experience in construction and/or environmental contracting
- Detail-oriented self-starting team player with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and comfortable with short deadlines
- Ability to balance and maintain multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
Qualified candidates will be responsible for heavy equipment operation. Travel is required.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating backhoes, skid steers loaders, excavators
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate professionally

CREW MEMBERS / LABORERS
Qualified candidates will be involved with multiple field activities and equipment operation. Travel is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience with general construction and equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and must be able to work independently or in teams
- CDL license a plus

* Required Experience and Skills for All Candidates:
- High school diploma, college diploma preferably
- Expected to pass a background check, medical screening, drug testing
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- 40-hour OSHA certification a plus
- Ability to travel on out-of-town assignments
- Willingness to work long hours
- Good physical shape as some work can be physically demanding. Ability to work in hot or cold environments, lift and/or move 50 pounds or greater, work effectively in confined spaces or at heights.
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- Willingness to learn, be trained and obtain various certifications
