TTI is seeking a full-time Proposal/Bid Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing Division. This position supports the preparation and coordination of proposals and bids, other business writing and research needs, and occasionally other departments with technical reports. Individual will assist during proposal development and supports the research, writing, editing, formatting, and quality checking of content, forms, and document submittals for preparation of proposals, bids, and SOQs.
Responsibilities
- Orders and distributes plans/specs and all other required documentation
- Handles pre-bid and post-bid submissions/documents
- Requests bonds and insurance requirements
- Participates actively in the development of RFQ/RFP responses, including writing, editing, and obtaining information for project write-ups and resumes
- Assists with organization and submission of proposals including completion of forms, requesting signatures, printing, assembling, and delivering proposal packages
- Creates master project folders/files including project checklists and assists project managers to ensure that all required documentation is included at the close out of projects
- Performs subcontractor data collection and organization tasks for proposal teams, including contacting subcontractors, outlining requirements, and organizing and distributing information
- Maintains proposal team server files and other repositories of information for use during active proposals
- Assists with proposal formatting, printing, document quality control (QC), and production
- Coordinates with internal departments to obtain required information for proposal or SOQ preparation
- Assists with the archiving of proposal content and closeout procedures in a timely and quality manner according to department standards
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, quick learner, and active team player with a positive attitude
- High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe)
- Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions and judgments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced business environment while adhering to deadlines
- Proficient writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
- Strong ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner and concurrently and at the direction of various people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with peers, business partners, and company leadership
- Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills as well as analytical ability and attention to detail
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, or related field is preferred; or a minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent and relevant experience

Compensation: $60,000-70,000 annually commensurate with credentials, education, and experience.
