Opportunity: Project Manager – Environmental Consulting Division – Washington DC/ DMV Region

Requirements of Position:

• A B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 5 years direct regional experience in environmental consulting and due diligence
• Qualification as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b).
• OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with ability to write clear, concise, and thorough environmental reports
• US citizenship or legal resident status
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Remote position

Job Responsibilities:

• Due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, RSRA in accordance with ASTM International standards
• Performance of field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases
• Sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air
• Knowledge of regulatory programs in service region
• Reporting in accordance with state regulatory requirements
• Management of due diligence service line in DC area (Washington DC, VA, MD)
