TTI is seeking qualified applicants to join our growing Industrial Hygiene Division. TTI’s project managers, industrial hygienists and technicians provide a full range of IH & IAQ inspections, testing and analytical services to our clients.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Project Management.
- Inspection and on‐site monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead paint and indoor air quality.
- Maintain, operate and calibrate a variety of sampling and monitoring equipment.
- Produce detailed surveys requiring excellent note taking.
- Interpretation of analytical data and technical report writing.
- Timeliness, time management, meeting deadlines and responsiveness to emergencies is vital.
- Complete all projects within the established schedules and budgets.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with team members.
Requirements
- Asbestos experience required. Asbestos and Lead Licenses preferred.
- Capable computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- CAD experience a plus.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent thinking and self‐motivation is essential.
- Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and building construction.
- Willingness to learn, be trained and obtain various certifications.
- High school diploma, college diploma preferably
- Expected to pass a background check, medical screening, drug testing
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- 40-hour OSHA certification a plus
- US citizenship or legal resident status
FIELD TECHNICIANS
Responsibilities:

- Technical report writing and interpretation of analytical data
- Assignments are of varying complexity and under direction of a project manager
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Independent thinking and self-motivation are essential
- Timeliness, time management, meeting deadlines and responsiveness to emergencies is vital
Requirements:
- Required education: High School Diploma, mechanical/trade school
- Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. of equipment and use ladders
- Minimum years of experience: 1-3
- Asbestos and lead licenses preferred
- Computer skills required: proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and building construction
- Willingness to learn, be trained and obtain various certifications
- Driven to follow an outlined three-year career path
- Some travel required
- Must be willing to work limited weekends and second shift
