TTI is seeking an individual to fill a full-time position for Environmental Consulting Project Manager in the Environmental Consulting Division.
Viable candidates must be local to the DC Metro region or reside in Washington, DC.
This position provides an opportunity for the right individual to grow and settle into higher level positions within the Environmental Consulting career field. This is a remote, out of office position – working from home and out of clients’ sites.
Responsibilities
• Conduct due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, and RSRAs in accordance with ASTM International standards
• Perform field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases
• Sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air
• Knowledge of regulatory programs in the service region
• Carry out reporting in accordance with state mandated regulatory requirements
• Management of due diligence service line in the DC area (Washington DC, VA, MD)
Qualifications and Requirements
• Must meet qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b). with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Must have a thorough understanding of ASTM 1527-21
• Must be familiar with environmental regulations in MD and VA
• B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
• Must have project management experience
• OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
• ***Bonus if you have relationships with clients and/or portables
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and thorough environmental reports
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel and work at various remote sites as needed
• Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $75,000-100,000 annually, commensurate with credentials, education, and experience.
