The Environmental Consulting Division of TTI is seeking motivated individuals to fill available positions as Project Manager in the DC Metro area and Environmental Associate in the New York City/ Nassau County region. TTI is seeking applicants residing close to these locations.

PROJECT MANAGER- DC Metro Area
Requirements of Position:
- A B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5 years direct regional experience in environmental consulting and due diligence
- Qualification as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b).
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with ability to write clear, concise, and thorough environmental reports
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, RSRA in accordance with ASTM International standards
- Performance of field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases
- Sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air
- Knowledge of regulatory programs in service region
- Reporting in accordance with state regulatory requirements
- Management of due diligence service line in DC area (Washington DC, VA, MD)
Salary commensurate with experience.
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATE 1 or 2 – NYC/Nassau County
Requirements of Position:
- A B.S. in a related field such as Environmental Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Engineering
- 0-5 years direct regional experience in the environmental consulting field
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
- Experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or Air Permitting a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to self-manage in a remote position
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with ability to write clear, concise and thorough environmental reports
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, RSRA in accordance with ASTM International standards
- Performance or oversight of field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases in northern NJ and NY
- Sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air
- Reporting in accordance with state regulatory requirements
Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
