We have immediate opening for:
- Administrative Assistant supporting operational needs, the director and project managers. This is an in-office position at Moorestown HQ location.
- Technician supporting Project Managers in testing, inspections, data management and other various project tasks. This is an on-site position – working out of TTI’s office and client’s sites. This position offers great opportunity to grow the career path.
Administrative Assistant
This position provides direct support to the director, project managers and field technicians in their administrative daily tasks. Strong lead and organizational management experience required. Responsible for providing administrative support such as: compiling reports, preparing proposals, packages to clients, maintaining files, preparing purchase orders, spreadsheets, data management and client communication.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Project management support assisting PMs with documentation, project progression, permits, team mobilization and logistics
- Bid and proposal assistance – document management, technical support, Bid team assistance
- Filing, scanning, document management, FedEx, binding documents
- Assist/support in technical report process using field and laboratory data generated by team.
- Record keeping, department inventory and directory management, support general admin with certificate/license and application organization
- Special projects – research and compile division project summaries, maintain qualification spreadsheets
- Assist in procuring general operational IH division supplies
- Support and assist directors in strategic direction or communication to technical personnel
- Organize and schedule administrative meetings
- Maintain and manage relevant technical databases, and other repositories of information
- Support general admin is procuring and renewals of department technical certifications and licenses
Skills and Qualifications*

- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills. Proficient writing, editing, proofreading and document formatting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills as well as analytical ability and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent and relevant experience. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business or related field is preferred
- ProCore, Quire and ReQLogic experience a plus

Industrial Hygiene Technician
Key Job Responsibilities
- Inspection and on-site monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead paint and indoor air quality
- Maintains, operates, and calibrates a variety of sampling and monitoring equipment
- Detailed surveys requiring excellent note taking
- Technical report writing and interpretation of analytical data
- Assignments are of varying complexity and under direction of a project manager
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Independent thinking and self-motivation are essential
- Timeliness, time management, meeting deadlines and responsiveness to emergencies is vital
Requirements*
- Education: High School Diploma, continued ed in mechanical/trade school, Associate or B.S. or related fields preferred
- Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. of equipment and use ladders
- Minimum years of experience: 1-3
- Computer skills required: proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and building construction
- Willingness to learn, be trained and obtain various certifications
- Some travel required
- Must be willing to work limited weekends and second shift
