Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist

TTI is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Payroll Specialist. This position will help the accounting department run smoothly, running the payroll in its entirety, efficient in all submissions. This is an in-office position, Monday – Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM in Moorestown, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage payroll accurately for all employees
  • Perform pay/time calculations including prevailing wage and certified payroll
  • Pay all payroll taxes and associated benefits and withholding garnishments
  • Update payroll systems related to new hires, terminations, status changes, direct deposits, tax changes, rate changes, and adjustments for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience processing payroll
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience using Paylocity
  • Software knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience processing prevailing page payroll is a plus
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with project, document and data management, and proficiency with data entry
  • Must be detail oriented with an ability to analyze information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with excellent professional and interpersonal skills
  • General math and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of dependability and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree or relative experience is a plus
