TTI’s internship program is advantageous for both the college student and the company. TTI Environmental provides hands-on, real work experience for science/engineering majors and related business fields and offers mentoring experiences.
For the student, TTI’s Internships provide students numerous advantages: along with making new connections and improving a resume, real work involvement helps them learn and assess their interest about a field. From the company perspective, we appreciate students’ skill sets and specialized strengths and benefits from the added manpower. Meaningful internships are created through guidance, support and challenging work.
MEET OUR INTERNS
Avery Buniak – Marketing Intern
Avery is attending Camden County College, where she is studying business marketing and plays on the soccer and basketball teams for the school. On her days off Avery helps run her aunt’s dance studio by teaching various styles of dance to younger children. She spends most of her free time outside with friends. As a marketing intern at TTI, Avery is assisting in the bid process with document processing and management. She is also assisting with social media research and draft content creation.
Samantha Lantosca – Environmental Consulting Intern
Samantha will be now entering her junior year at Drew University. She is studying environmental science and sustainability, and anthropology. She also works at a small pizzeria in Marlton on the weekends, and in her free time loves spending time outdoors, with friends, and shopping at consignment stores. Samantha is assisting the Environmental Consulting Division project managers on Phase 1 Site Inspections and performing water sampling. She is also providing needed help with data entry for TTI’s Industrial Hygiene Division
Kevin Durand – Business Finance Intern
Kevin is a rising sophomore in the Lebow business school at Drexel University studying Finance and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing intramural basketball, soccer and football within his university, as well as continuing to learn his way into the stock market. At TTI, Kevin is assisting the Accounting Department with AP and AR training manual content and Business development with market research and personnel recruitment.
TTI believes in the value of such internships and a good return on the investment and will continue offerings for students in various aspects of company operations. The intern program has also been helpful in accurately assessing future candidates, recognizing that new hires with relevant internship experience are better prepared. mentoring opportunities.
