What is the DOW SkillBridge Program?
The Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge program allows active-duty service members to spend their final 180 days of service interning with industry partners. You continue to receive your military pay and benefits while gaining real-world experience in a corporate environment.

- Review Your Timeline: Ensure you are within 180 days of your separation date.
- Please email your resume and a brief introduction to our Careers page at https://ttienvinc.com/careers/apply/.
- The Interview: If it’s a match, we will conduct an interview and provide you with a formal Letter of Acceptance and Training Plan.
- Command Approval: You will then submit our letter through your branch’s official SkillBridge portal for commander approval.
