LightBox created the Developing Leaders Mentorship Program to provide education and mentor/mentee connections to spread the insights of business leaders and give newer professionals the tools and resources they need to meet their professional development goals. Mentors volunteer to offer guidance from their years of professional experience to help shape next generation of leaders in their industries.
Participating in LightBox’s Developing Leaders Mentor Mentee program are Dave DiPascale, Project Manager, and Andy Basehoar, Site Remediation Program Manager. Mr. DiPascale is a program mentee who works with an industry mentor David Treadway, VP and Environmental Risk Officer at Truist Bank, to deepen his comprehension of project management and customer needs. David B. Matson, Environmental Project Manager from BHATE Geosciences, is being mentored by Mr. Basehoar. Along with one-on-one conversations with their mentors/mentees, the program involves monthly group discussions that are centered on enhancing leadership abilities.
As key members of the Environmental Consulting Division, Dave and Andy perform in both field and supervisory roles. Dave DiPascale provides consulting services in areas including oversight of due diligence projects including Phase I & II Environmental Assessments and management of multi-level environmental investigation/remediation projects at federal facilities, commercial and industrial sites. He is the Bank Manager for several lending institutions for environmental due diligence. He has been in the environmental field for over 8 years. Andy Basehoar provides senior level consulting services for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Consulting service areas include oversight of due diligence projects including Phase I & II Environmental Assessments and management of multi-level environmental investigation and remediation projects at federal facilities, petroleum distribution facilities, commercial and industrial sites. He has been in the environmental field for over 14 years.
