We are proud to announce that Avery Buniak, Sales & Marketing Associate at TTI Environmental, Inc., has been honored with the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Philadelphia Post’s Young Professional of the Year Award.
Avery’s journey with SAME began in 2021 as a student member during her internship at TTI. Her dedication quickly became evident through active participation in events such as the Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC) and the Small Business Conference (SBC). She has also contributed significantly by serving on the Philadelphia Post’s board, supporting the Design and Construction Issues at Hazardous Waste Sites (DCHWS) East and Young Professionals committees, and assisting with event planning and coordination.
Her commitment extends beyond committee work; Avery regularly attends SAME Philadelphia Post events, fostering connections and supporting fellow board members. Notably, she has volunteered at the Post’s annual golf outing, managing player registration and distributing raffle tickets, ensuring the event’s success.
In pursuit of continuous growth, Avery is working towards her MBA at Rosemont College to enhance her leadership and business acumen, further enriching her contributions to both SAME and TTI.
