Today, on International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we PROUDLY recognize the talented women at TTI who drive innovation in environmental science, engineering and industrial hygiene. Their expertise is essential to the success of critical projects that help assess risks, solve complex challenges and protect communities.
Established by a United Nations General Assembly resolution in 2015, this day highlights the vital role women and girls play in science and technology and promotes full and equal participation—an effort we proudly champion. Since its establishment the International Day of Women and Girls in Science has garnered widespread global participation. To date, over 155,000 events have been organized worldwide, engaging more than 6,800 participants and supporting numerous initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality in STEM fields. This collective effort underscores the global commitment to empowering women and girls in science.
