Expanded Technical Team
Meet Flint Kinkade, CHMM, Technical Vapor Advisor
The acquisition brings a new level of technical authority to our team through Flint Kinkade. Flint joins TTI with over 20 years of experience in the environmental field and a national reputation in vapor intrusion science. He served as a member of the national ASTM task group that designed the standards for ASTM E2600: Standard Practice for Assessment of Vapor Intrusion into Structures on Property Involved in Real Estate.
His work spans across dozens of states, and he has been instrumental in getting third-party VI samplers qualified by both the NJDEP and the USEPA. Flint’s expertise, ranging from his mentorship under internationally recognized VI experts to his management of high-tech mobile laboratory analysis, ensures that TTI provides a level of precision and insight that remains at the forefront of the environmental industry.
Meet Paige Kinkade, LSRP, Senior Project Manager
The addition of Viridian’s team also brings Paige Kinkade to TTI. Paige is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with over 25 years of experience overseeing fieldwork, managing complex remedial strategies, and serving as a primary liaison with regulators. Her deep knowledge of New Jersey’s regulatory environment and remedial guidance documents strengthens our ability to deliver comprehensive, compliant solutions for our commercial, industrial, and municipal clients.
